CleanByClick ("we", "us", "our") provides eco-friendly home cleaning services across London, United Kingdom. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. 1. Information We Collect

We only collect the information we need to deliver and manage our cleaning services within London:

• Personal details: name, phone number, and address.
• Bookings: plan type, schedule, preferences, and notes for cleaners.
• Payments: last 4 digits of your card and tokenised payment ID (we never store full card details).
• Communications: support requests, emails and feedback.
• Cleaner applications: the name, contact number, areas, availability and experience you submit. These are saved privately for administrators to review and respond to; applying does not grant staff access. Do not submit identity or bank documents through this form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information, cookies, and approximate location (for fraud prevention).
• Cleaner tracking: arrival and completion times, plus GPS updates during your booking.
• Donations: if you choose to donate cleaning hours, limited details may be shared with partner charities (with your consent).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Deliver and manage your cleaning bookings in London.
• Process payments, invoices, and refunds.
• Communicate about your appointments and updates.
• Provide customer support and improve our service quality.
• Send marketing updates (only with your consent).

3. Sharing Your Information

We only share data when necessary to deliver our services:

• Service providers (e.g., website hosting, CRM, payment processing via Stripe, and analytics).
• Assigned cleaners/contractors (booking contact name and phone number, address, access instructions, cleaning priorities and booking details).
• Google Maps: booking and assigned-visit pages display an embedded map using the cleaning address and postcode. Displaying the map sends that location and normal browser connection information to Google. We do not include your phone number, entry instructions or cleaning priorities in the map request. Google handles map data under its own privacy policy. The written address remains available if the map is hidden or unavailable.
• Partner charities (only if you donate cleaning hours).
• Authorities or insurers (where required by law or to manage a claim).

We limit booking information to what is needed to deliver and manage the service. Google Maps is provided by Google under its own privacy policy.

4. International Transfers

If any data is processed outside the UK (for example, by third-party service providers based in the EEA or US), we use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Data Retention

• Booking and account details: up to 6 years (for tax/legal reasons).
• Payment records: as required by law.
• Support messages: up to 24 months.
• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
• GPS and attendance logs: 12 months, then anonymised for audit purposes.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Restrict or object to certain uses of your data.

Our optional booking analytics record a random session identifier, flyer source, pages visited and booking steps after you allow analytics. When you sign in, these events can be linked to your account. Address fields, access notes, door codes and card details are excluded from these events. Declining analytics does not prevent booking. Use Privacy choices or the Cookie Policy to change your choice. The admin report displays the last 30 days; that report window is not an automatic deletion period.
