Pay £35 for your first reset. When all three qualifying neighbours complete their paid first cleans on the same approved building day, each receives £3 back.

We bring cleaning products, cloths, gloves and small tools. Please provide a working vacuum and mop, clear surfaces where possible and arrange access. Tell us about delicate surfaces, allergies and pets.
Yes. Choose a plan, enter your address and select an available time. Your visit or monthly plan starts only after verified payment.
Regular plans are billed monthly for a fixed number of cleans. For a two-hour home clean: Weekly includes 4 cleans per paid month at £56 each (£224/month), Fortnightly includes 2 cleans per paid month at £60 each (£120/month), and Monthly includes 1 clean per paid month at £64 (£64/month). Longer visits cost more at the same plan hourly rate. Extra calendar weeks do not add an automatic fifth clean. We show the full monthly charge before payment.
There is no annual commitment. You can cancel future monthly renewals in My Account. To move or cancel a paid visit, contact us at least 24 hours before it starts. See the service terms for refunds and cancellation rights.
No. A Studio Reset is an everyday maintenance clean of one compact studio with a private bathroom and kitchenette, lasting up to 60 minutes. It excludes appliance interiors, washing up, laundry, rubbish removal, heavy decluttering and move-out work.
Tell us within 72 hours if an agreed checklist task was missed. We will review it and arrange a suitable correction. Extra tasks outside the agreed clean are separate.
Your choices help calculate the cleaning plan you select. Account and booking information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Do not add door codes or sensitive access information to the price planner.
